Bookings
For individual or small group bookings, we strongly encourage you to use our online booking system. Our online booking system is easy to use and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The system allows you to choose your own seats from a layout plan, and can even show the view of the stage from your seat! You can make your payment with either VISA or Mastercard, and you will also have the option to join our mailing list, or make a donation.
Alternatively, we also provide a phone booking service on (07) 3345 3964. However, we are unable to provide phone operators at all times. If your call does not get answered by an operator, please leave your name and phone number on our answering machine and one of our booking officers will get back to you as soon as possible.
For whole of house bookings (clubs, charities, etc.), please phone Deirdre on (07) 3345 8756. Please note, these bookings can be made at any time.
Sunnybank Theatre Group accepts the following concession cards:
- Sunnybank Theatre Group Membership Cards
- Aged and Disability Cards
- Student Cards
- Senior Cards
We do not accept Senior Business Cards. All cards must be shown to receive a discount.
Box Office Dates and Times
Internet ticket sales and theatre box office will open 10am on the Saturday which is 4 weeks before the opening of the next show. On that weekend, the Box Office will be open 10am to 3pm Saturday and Sunday to allow patrons to book personally at the theatre. Until the show opens, the theatre box office will open 11am to 1pm each Saturday for ticket bookings, payments, or collections.
Charity Performances
When you are making arrangements to attend one of our upcoming shows, please be aware that not every performance of the season is open for general sale. STG supports other local organisations and charities by facilitating Charity Performances where the whole performance is booked to a group who are then able to sell tickets for the event to their members and friends. Charity Performances are marked as such in the What's On section of this page and are removed from our online ticketing system before bookings open for general sale.
Subscriptions
STG is proud to be supported by a large number of members who take out annual subscriptions to our shows. Subscribers save money, get access to our booking system before it opens for general sale, and receive a free program for each show (if available). If you are finding that you cannot get the seats you want perhaps you should consider becoming a subscriber?

Parking and Transport
We have on-site parking, but it is limited during busy shows. There are 3 bus stops within distance of the theatre: Pinelands Plaza, Wynne St, and Altandi Railway Station. The closest railway station is Altandi.
