About Us

Sunnybank Theatre Group is one of Brisbane's friendliest, and most affordable, non-professional theatre companies. Since 1965, we have presented a variety of dramas, thrillers, comedies, pantomimes, and musicals.

Our members, performers, crew, front of house and box office staff, and the committee are comprised entirely of enthusiastic volunteers who are driven by their passion for community theatre. And we welcome anyone who would also like to contribute to the life of our theatre.

Our fully licensed bar offers a range of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks as well as tea and coffee. The bar remains open after shows for patrons to enjoy a drink with the cast and crew.

We are located at 14 Mains Rd Sunnybank, Queensland, Australia. We are on the corner of Mains and Beenleigh Road.
